Rachel had been travelling for what had seemed like months since she had been told where she would finally meet the woman who had appeared in her dreams. But, she had eventually made it to Valley Springs, and was now standing just outside the place that the woman had told her she would be: Round Table Pizza.
Honestly, Rachel still hadn't been sure that the woman was real. After all, it could have all just been a very strange, very vivid series of dreams. However, when she had managed to find the pizza place and realized that it did indeed exist, she was convinced. Rachel had never been out of her home town before in her life, so there was no way that she would have known about the Round Table Pizza restaurant.
And so, taking a deep breath and bracing herself, she stepped into the pizza place and began to sheepishly look around for the woman who had been guiding her here.

There was one thing the demon had to admit; the food here smelt really good. While Mephistopheles was known for impulsiveness and a love for chaos, the demon could set up a gambit or a play when it benefitted her. And right now, a very powerful psychic and a very tasty pizza were the two rewards Meph was getting so far for this ploy.
Not bad, all things considered!
Sitting at a table drumming her fingers rather impatiently as she stirred her drink, looking at every teenage blonde who showed up to see if any of them fit Rachel's appearance. This being california, however, such a physical description was a lot more common then the demon would have liked, making Meph even more impatient. Finally, however, a familiar face arrived. Smiling, Meph raised up her hand and gestured Rachel over.
"Believe I'm real now, Rachel?" The demon asked in a friendly tone. "I didn't order yet, 'cause I didn't want to eat without ya."

Almost as soon as she entered the pizza place, Rachel spotted the person she had been looking for.
She looked exactly the way she did when she had visited Rachel's dreams. So much so that it was eerily uncomfortable at first, making Rachel freeze in place. However, once the initial shock wore off, she made her way to where Meph was sitting, taking a seat opposite her in the booth.
"Hello," she greeted, her voice all but hushed, though she didn't know why.
Rachel had hundreds of questions for Meph, but right now, she needed to supress them. Things needed to be sorted out first and foremost.

Meph smiled at the sight of Rachel. "You're prettier in person." The demon said as Rachel sat down with her. The young psychic girl was no doubt surprised to find that someone she only met in dreams up till now was completely real.
Leaning back, arms folded and sunglasses resting above the forehead, Meph gave Rachel a very analytical stare. "Soooo... I'm gonna assume you have a lot of questions, save 'em for when we get our food, which should be over right about now..."
At that moment, a waiter had arrived, and Meph gave a charming smile to him. "I'll take a small pepperoni one..." The demon then looked at Rachel. "What'll it be?"

"Could I get a medium salami with cheddar, please?" she asked, pushing her hair behind her ears.
Unable to hold it in any more, Rachel had to ask the biggest question that she had.
"Does...does this mean...are you like me?"
Rachel did not like to talk about what she could do, due to what had happened when she had discovered it, but this was something that needed to be asked. Rachel had no idea how she could have seen somebody in their dreams before meeting them in real life. So, she needed it to be answered.
