We're just carrying on a family tradition
Damn.. it was hot out.
Opening the door to his Dodge, Jacob Jordan jumped out of the air conditioned interior and straight into hell. Or at least, the tempature sure made it seem that way. Slamming the door shut, he hobbled his way across the back parking lot to the employee entrance of the Bullet and stepped inside. Just that small journey had beaded sweat on his brow and the heat in the kitchen seemed only minimally cooler than the outside.
Thanking god he didn't have to be stuck back there, the handsome young solider waved at the cook help and then limped out to take a look around the main bar. It was semi packed with what seemed like civilians and hunters alike and the smell of food made his stomach grumble even as the heat called for a cold brew.
Although they were actually a diner,The Silver Bullet did serve up simple stuff like burgers, fries and other quick fried food for hungry travelers. His dad usually maned the front counter during the day hours and most of the time spent his evenings in the basement. Jake was hoping to find him in between things and he was lucky enough to do just that.
Spying Curse bellied up to the counter talking to another older gentleman, Jake gave them a nod and grabbed a beer from the cooler. His fathers proud gaze landed on him and he gave him a good natured razzing about paying for it but Jake just grinned. Being family was a perk and it wasn't as if they all didn't get their asses worked off generally speaking when they stopped by.

From the comfort of her car with air conditioner she stepped out to –probably, the hottest day of the month, on flip-flops, ponytail, sunglasses, short jeans and a loose shirt, Emily entered the place that was somewhat refrigerated. Her eyes scattered the place as the door slowly closed and the little bell above it kept ringing.
She remained at the door for a couple of more seconds taking off her sunglasses and with her eyes only searching for the best spot possible; her choice was always the counter and her indicts lead her there slowly, the shades were up in her head as she slipped in the stool and looked around one more, spotting a familiar face, Jake. Emily looked at him and smile hoping that he would remember her. | [atrb=width,100] words ,
