What are their abilities?
They do not grant wishes like genes do in lore, but they are able to send their victims into their fantasy universe, and can poision others with just a touch, They can read minds to learn ones deepest desires to throw you into that alternate univese that you always dreamed of..It leaves you in a comatose state while it feeds on your blood.
What are their weaknesses?
Silver, and Lambs blood. A silver knife dipped in lambs blood will kill a Djinn

What is a Rakshasa?

What are their weaknesses?
These creatures can not be let in a house unless invited in first, and pure brass knife can kill them..
