NAME » Hallie Raye Moseley // 'Little Wolf'
AGE AND DOB » 18, August 29th, 2014
EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION » Hallie has experienced little of what many would deem to be a regular and suitable education. A born and raised Loup Garoux, she spent much of her childhood as a wolf, living pack life. Thus, she had little need to attend school, and was taught the basics of reading and writing by her parents. Since the decimation of her family and her time spent wondering, she has done little in the way of work – but has recently been employed by a fellow Loup Garoux, Curran Petrelli.
SPECIES » Werewolf – Loup Garoux
POWERS AND ABILITIES » Loup Garoux - Hallie is, like most Loup Garoux, able to transform into a wolf at will, and is forced to transform during a full moon. Her canine form mirrors her human form in a number of ways – she is short of stature, smaller and lighter than most of her race, and has a similar fur colouring to that of her natural hair colour. While not as physically powerful as many of the other Loup Garoux – she is much quicker, lighter on her feet thanks to her lack of muscle and generally slightly build.
Enhanced Senses – As a human, Hallie has highly enhanced senses, matching that of her canine counter part. Thus, her hearing, sense of smell and eyesight are all near impeccable, and she always seems to be overly aware of what is going on about her.
Omega Status – Since joining Curran's pack, Hallie has gone through her 'initiation' period, and has now been accepted as an 'omega', a 'wolf' of the lowest order. Her title grants her the respect of other Omegas, those just being initiated, and she is expected to complete all chores and tasks required of an Omega.
ALIGNMENT » Neutral
SEXUALITY » Straight

everything.
ETHNIC ORIGIN » Caucasian, although she does have some Native American ancestry.
HAIR COLOR » Hallie is a brunette, her hair generally thought the colour of dark chocolate. That said, there are still odd, natural strands of honey and coffee brown to be found in her rather thick locks.
EYE COLOR » Her eyes are thought to be hazel in colour, a widely green iris speckled with deeper shades of brown, matching those found in her hair.
BUILD » Hallie is small of stature, standing at only 5'4'', and is remarkably slight. She sports little in the way of obvious muscle, and while she is slightly curvy, her hourglass physique is nowhere near as apparent as it is in others. That said, she is by no means weak – she has spent much of her childhood surviving the dangers of the wild, in both human and wolf form, and thus is tougher than her appearance merits.
HEIGHT » 5'4''
DISTINGUISHING MARKS » Despite having a few scars about her person, they are in no way obvious, and tend to be covered by clothing.
TATTOOS AND PIERCINGS » Hallie has both her ears pierced.
PERSONAL STYLE » Hallie dresses to flatter her figure and enhance the few curves she has. Thus, she tends to shorts and skirts, tops that are fitted at the top, yet flowing the further they fall down her body, and shoes that bear a heel where possible, in order to make her seem that little bit taller. However, that said, she will occasionally cover herself with a little more fabric – and has a penchant for jeans and ugg boots – especially those of the faux-fur-lined variety. Jewellery tends to be an afterthought, and she wears little- occasionally donning earrings, a simple necklace or bracelet.

LIKES »
» The Wild – when surrounded by nature, the pine forests and babbling brooks of the untamed wild, Hallie feels truly free.
» Meat – a remarkably wolfish trait, Hallie's favourite food is meat, of any kind.
» The Moon – Hallie has always found the moon to be beautifully mysterious, a trait that reminds her of her mother, something that she has always tried to emanate, however unsuccessfully.
» Intimacy – Hallie was a 'clingy' pup, a trait that has carried through into her adult life. She adores being close to those she regards as friends and lovers, and has a penchant for hugs.
» Being noticed – Her family always had high expectations of Hallie, and often praised her for her achievements. However, having lost her immediate family, she now lacks their constant positive reinforcement, and thus searches for it elsewhere.
» Being needed – Hallie wants to be needed. An empty hole has been left by death of her family, and she feels as though she needs someone to fill it.
» Music – Despite her general distaste of most things created by humans, Hallie adores music, and finds it expresses emotions where words fail. Her favourite genres are country and rock – often liking the stories they tell.
» Seasons - Hallie loves the changing of seasons, and finds beauty in each of them, adoring their distinct individually.
DISLIKES » At least 5.
» Being Questioned- Hallie, having been alone for a number of years, has lived life according to her own set of rules. She has developed her own sense of right and wrong – she makes her own decisions, and detests being told what to do.
» Guns – Used by hunters to kill her former pack, Hallie is very weary of firearms. The sound of one being fired causes her to cower, and on seeming them well become overly cautious.
» Mockery – Hallie is aware of her limits, but does not enjoy being reminded of them – especially if it is for someone else's pleasure and at her expense.
» Cities – High rise buildings and closed streets often cause Hallie to feel trapped, and while she can cope on a day to day basis, should she feel threatened, her natural discomfort may well, under added duress, lead her somewhat claustrophobic.
» Salad – While Hallie likes vegetables, she struggles with salad leaves – namely because she dislikes the idea of eating things that are essentially plant leaf.
» Smoking – Hallie detests the smell of tobacco. She has always maintained it carries the scent of destruction, corruption and death – and her hatred is only made worse due to her heightened sense of smell.
» Humans – Despite being 'part' human, Hallie has come to dislike most classified as Homo Superior. It was their hunters that killed her family, and thus is hardly quick to trust those she meets – fearing what they think of her and her race.
STRENGTHS »
» Hallie is, in her mothers words, a 'strong soul.' She knows what she believes to be right and wrong, and will argue it – paw, tooth and claw, hand, tooth and nail. She will never back down from a fight, and is fairly fiery when arguing her point of view.
» Being a Loup Garoux, Hallie has heightened senses. She has impeccable hearing, great vision, and a powerful sense of smell. When combined, these senses give her what can only be called a 'danger sense' – she is constantly alert, and is remarkably hard to take by surprise.
» Despite not have being tutored using 'standard' means, Hallie is quick to learn, and fairly smart. She has fantastic common sense should she choose to use it, and is remarkably 'street' smart for a girl who hasn't lived in human society for much of her life.
» While not being physically powerful, Hallie is quick on her feet – in both her human and wolf forms. She can run for hours on end without tiring, and can out-pace a large number of her pack.
» Hallie's loyalty is near unshakable. Once she has made a friend, or has found herself a mate, she will protect them fiercely, standing by their sides through both thick and thin.
WEAKNESSES »
» While Hallie has a strong sense of right and wrong, it could be suggested that she is perhaps too unswerving in her beliefs. Stubborn to a fault, she is remarkably set in her ways, and thus can be difficult to get along with should someone have differing beliefs.
» Hallie is loyal, caring and protective. But she can, at times, be a little over protective. Often scared to lose those close to her, terrified after she lost her family, she can often jump to conclusions, and finds herself engaging in unnecessary fights due to her possessive qualities.
» Like all Loup Garoux, Hallie is highly allergic to silver.
» Hallie is very slow to trust humans. While this matters little for a wolf, she is currently trying to integrate herself into human society – and thus cannot continue to show such open disdain to all those she meets not of her race.
» Hating feeling trapped, Hallie struggles to function properly in crowded, built up areas, and can, at times, appear to be a little claustrophobic.
HOPE AND ASPIRATIONS »
» Simply, to be wanted, to be loved, and to recreate the family she adored and lost.
FEARS »
» Guns, simply. Hallie has been terrified of them since she first saw them used against her and her own family. Around them, she will revert to an almost child-like state – overly alert, desperate to escape, and has been known to become shaky and tense on just seeing them.
PET PEEVES »
» Hallie detests the smell and taste of tobacco – and thus has little patience for those who smoke.
BAD HABITS »
» Does being overly defensive count and quick to snap count?
BIGGEST SECRET »
» Hallie could have prevented the death of her family. However, her loyalty to her sister stopped her from telling her parents of her siblings affair – ultimately leading to their demise at the hand of hunters.

PERSONALITY »
As a younger girl, Hallie was known to be filled with the naïve traits of optimism and ambition. Indeed, they defined her. Those that knew her thought of her as sweet, as innocent, saying that she saw the best in every situation, saw the best in every person. Even living as a wolf in the untamed wild, witnessing the true 'dog-eat-dog' nature of the world, she had an unshakable faith that everyone was good deep down. She dreamed big dreams, and pushed herself to achieve them – and was only encouraged by her family.
But the world isn't perfect – not everyone is good deep down, and there is little place in society for an eternal optimist. On hitting her early teens, her life experiences destroyed the trusting young girl she was known to be. Covering for her sister, despite her initially cautious view of her actions, leading to having her family murdered before her eyes by those her father always suggested she trusted– her good heart was chipped away at and hardened. At the age of fifteen, little of the happy, go-lucky, adorable girl remained; a hardened realist stood in her place, too wise to the world, with scars to show for it.
Hallie is now renowned for her keen sense of right and wrong and for her stubborn determination. Should she have a goal, she will pursue it with unwavering focus and will do anything she can to achieve success. She will work tirelessly, finding motivation where there seemingly is none, and there will be no obstacle that will stop her. She is strong willed and stubborn, and can be near impossible to reason with, especially when she has her mind set on something or is in disagreement to the actions of others. She will never back down when defending his own point of view, and very few people can convince him to change her mind. Her determination renders her near fearless, and she will never freely admit defeat, committed to fight until her last breath.
She has a strong distrust of humans, and indeed, most others not identifying with her race. She can be cold, and outwardly critical of others that she can't relate to, and will seek solitude if she can't be apart of a pack's life. Hallie is constantly cautious even in her natural habitat – fearing the deaths of those closest to her, afraid of losing her friends and new family as she lost her former set. Thus she is remarkably difficult to catch off guard, and is often alert, even when appearing to be relaxing. She will often judge others before talking to them, mentally aware of every move they are making, and as such forms strong opinions about them without giving them much of a chance to change her mind. This can lead to somewhat difficult situations, as she isn't often inclined to change her mind about things, no matter how hard people may try to prove her wrong.
However, despite her somewhat darkened view of the world, the sweeter side of Hallie was not totally destroyed. Caring and loyal, she forms strong bonds with those of her own kind, and desperately wishes to recreate her lost family – finding her own mate and settling down to live a somewhat happier life. She has made an active start on this, settling into a new pack dynamic - albeit one that integrates often with human society. Trying to fit in, she has accepted that she will have to change her ways, even if she is struggling to acclimatise to her new existence. However, she has formed friendships, and is being tutored by more experienced elders about how to fit in – making fast progress. She still has obstacles to overcome, but has made a promising start.
Now all that she wishes for is to find a mate, someone to share her life with as more than just friends. Having a strong adoration for intimacy, for feeling close to another, it is perhaps her biggest guide – and in finding one, she hopes to put to rest a number of the anxieties that have hounded her through her last few years of relative loneliness.
HISTORY » Hallie Raye Moseley was born to Christopher and Nadine Moseley on the 29th of August, 2014, somewhere deep in the Pennsylvanian outback. A born Loup Garoux, Hallie became part of her families pack at birth – a pack of about ten strong - who roamed the wilds of New England, calling the region their home. As her father was the groups Alpha male, Hallie's childhood was largely regarded as being an 'easy' one, her relationship to the pack leader affording her instant respect, and she had to do little to prove herself to her kin – treated somewhat like a princess, doing little in the way of menial tasks. All those she did undertake and complete saw her highly praised, no matter how difficult – or rather easy – they were.
She spent much of her early life as a wolf, her family rarely needing to take their human form, living as part of nature – unbound and totally free. Occasionally she was taken on adventures into human settlements, her father trying to teach her how to fit in to a more humane society, but she always saw the need to walk on two legs as a last resort – she had her pack, and they were wolves, like her. She saw nothing humans could offer her that her canine brothers couldn't. It could well have been her reliance on her 'wolf form' and her lack of experience as a human that caused her to believe Loup Garoux were superior to their homo sapien ancestors – no doubt stemming her early mistrust of those that weren't tainted with the blood of the wolf.
As a child, Hallie was remarkably close to her elder sister. She revered her, and did near everything she could to emulate her successes. As a human, she would dress as her sister did, and as a wolf, she would hunt as her sister did. While this relationship was at first maintained, her sister liking the 'hero worship' Hallie gave her, it turned into a form of mutual respect as the younger sibling became a teenager – both confiding in each other, becoming best friends rather than leader and worshipper.
When asked about her life up to the age of thirteen, Hallie would no doubt agree that it was perfect – that she had everything she wanted, and that nothing could have made her experiences better. But things did not remain so – and it was her loyalty and relationship with her sister that caused the unforgettable turmoil that changed life as the young wolf knew it.
On her thirteenth birthday, Hallie's family settled in a large pine forest, close to a small town at the heart of Pennsylvania. Rules were made about her packs visitation rights to the town, and while many of her kin were initially uncomfortable with camping so close to a human habitat, her father assured them that no harm would come to them – that they were a generally harmless race who would leave the pack alone should they be left alone. His words seemed true for the most part – little notice was taken of the Loup Garoux in their human form, and they were barely seen when hunting as wolves.
Yet her sister, undergoing numerous visits to the town, had become infatuated with one of the locals – a boy of about her own age. They began a somewhat illicit relationship, telling no one but Hallie. While Hallie didn't trust the boy, or indeed any of the humans, her father had told her that they were harmless, and her loyalty to her sister suggested she keep the secret. And that she did, telling no one about her sisters choices and actions – despite a gut feeling that she should.
The relationship continued for but a few weeks, when something, and it is still unknown quite what, went wrong. Hallie has, in the past, theorized that her sister admitted her secret to the boy she loved – or that something took her by surprise, prompting her to change back to the form in which she felt most comfortable – but either way, the humans found out what Hallie's sister was – and through process of elimination, what her family were.
That evening, while the pack slept, the humans found their camp – and having heard of werewolf myth and legend, came armed with fire, bullets and silver. Surrounding them, they attacked as one, slaughtering most of the wolves while they slept, and those that woke could do little to help their fallen comrades. They tried to fight – but the damage had been done. Hallie too was woken by the sounds of gunfire, by the chaos about her, and while her initial response was to stand and fight, her father told her to flee. Terrified and confused, she was too afraid to do anything but obey, and while her kin fought and died, she managed to escape, running as fast as she could back into the forests of Pennsylvania.
She waited for survivors days, but none came. After a week alone, hunting small game for food, she returned to the site – only to see remains, the bodies left after the massacre. None had lived through the onslaught, and she remained the only survivor in her pack. Initially forlorn and confused, she fled once again, unsure of how to continue. Alone and largely untrained, she struggled to find a purpose, and considered returning to the village to allow herself to be finished off so that she could join her family. She was racked by guilt, believing that if she'd told her parents about her sisters affair, she'd have been able to warn them of their impending demise. Death seemed the only fitting punishment.
However, memories of her father and mother stopped her – they had given their lives for her to live, and she found some resolve in that. She realized that her death would solve nothing – and decided that the only way to make things right would be to start her own pack, and rebuild her fathers legacy as best she could – recreate a family that mirrored the one she'd lost.
From that moment on, she spent much of her time wandering America as a wolf, surviving day to day, searching for others of her kind, but to no avail. Years passed, and she spent her time alone, traversing West to East, crossing Kansas, Washington, Nevada and California in her search. Finally, at the age of 18, she came across others like her after near five years of searching. Entering the state of Texas, she came across an alpha male – one Curran Petrelli. While their initial meeting was somewhat tense, her treatment of him not quite how a worthless lone wolf should be treating a being of his status, she repented her ways, and on asking to join his pack, was accepted
No longer a wolf of importance, merely an omega, she was forced to rethink how she'd lived as a young girl, and quickly realized that she wouldn't have her old life back. She soon learned to be less prissy, and started to become happy that she was indeed just part of a pack again. She has recently become involved in all the omega chores, and has made a number of friends in her new pack – earning the nickname 'Little Wolf' due to her diminutive stature, but her want to play fight with the larger, stronger wolves and her impressive determination. Hallie is relearning how to be part of a family, learning how to respect others, and more importantly, has been forced to learn to fit into human society – her new friends being far more attached to their human forms than her old family had. While still highly mistrustful of their race – she is doing her utmost to fit in, coming on in leaps and bounds – even having started working at Curran's book store in her spare time.
All that she wishes to do now is to find a mate – her final step to achieving her promise to her lost father – recreating the family dynamic she lost.
