--- >> Brennan is laid back and fun loving, and she’ll go to the ends of the earth to help those she cares about. She is loyal and hardworking, and gains fulfillment by what she does. When not hunting, she likes to crash with her Doberman and either her guitar or a good book. She also plays the piano and sings, having been raised around music all her life. On the hunt, she is determined and cunning, and she’s not afraid of traveling long distances to get to where she’s needed. Boss goes wherever she goes, and he makes for both a competent guard dog and/or pillow, whichever is necessary at the time. When she has to stay in one place, she likes to practice her stick fighting to keep her mind off her inactivity. When possible, she likes to go back home for awhile to help her mom with the shop between hunts, and she loves to relax and forget about the life when she can, but rarely feels safe enough to do so for very long. ---

History

--- >> Brennan never really knew her father, but Lillian raised her admirably one her own. Her family is fairly well off, and the charm and protection shop her mother started has always done very well. Lillian was always happy to include Brennan in everything she did, and she has always felt her mother is more like her best friend than her parent. Lillian taught her about witchcraft and let her help with the store early on, and Brennan has always been bright and mature for her age. At a fairly young age, Brennan also learned about the other services provided by the charm shop. Previously unknown to her, her mother also provided a safe house of sorts for any respectable hunter in need, as well as various items of protection and aid.

Brennan learned a great deal over the years as hunters and various others came and went, also managing to take a few college courses and self defense and staff fighting classes while helping her mother run the shop. Eventually, they became co-owners, and Brennan branched out into providing weapons and equipment as well. The wrong person eventually found out though, as was bound to happen, and the shop was burned to the ground in a night’s work. Brennan and Lillian escaped, and managed to relocate without further incident. Eventually, they opened a new charm shop together and quietly reestablished their safe house and supply system, also adding a makeshift clinic to their list of services. But the attack so close to home spurred Brennan to drop her classes and become more proactive in battling the dark creatures prowling the world.

She now travels wherever the need or her fancy takes her, helping where she can. She’s never been able to find out who discovered her and her mother’s operation, but she is always listening for some insight on the subject. Shortly after leaving, she looked into purchasing a guard dog, given that she’s used to hunting alone, and wound up falling in love with “Boss.” Boss is a massive Doberman Pinscher who is trained only to respond to German commands. He has proved invaluable in keeping her safe and alerting her when something beyond the realm of human senses lurks nearby. ---
