Amelia-Rose has the ability to manipulate the weather, this is a power that gives her a lot of jurisdiction over her surroundings, for example, she can generate the sunlight and water to make a plant grow instantly, she can also generate earth quakes and tornadoes, that said, Amelia has only completely gained control over generating and stopping rain. She can generally generate the others but sometimes struggles to make them stop, similar to that, she can stop a natural weather occurrence but also finds that difficult.

A BRIEF CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
Amelia-Rose is that girl... you know the one.... the one that you assume is just the harsh bitchy person they show on the outside until you get to know them and then they're nothing of the sort.... She's very caring and extremely loyal but impulsive and troubled. After her mother passed away when she was six months old as a result of refusing treatment for cancer in order to have her, Amelia felt the harsh reality of rejection from her father and was raised for the most part by her Grams. Of course being six months old, she doesn't really know what happened, she merely knows what she was told, but she knew that for most of her life her father wouldn't even look at her. It was her grandma that taught her everything she needed to know in life, including how to use her 'gift'. It was something that ran in the family but skipped her mother. She grew up stronger than her height and puny arms would have you believe, so strong that when her grandmother died and she found herself on her own, she dealt with it, she found her own ways to survive even when they weren't conventional or when they made her sad and she got through it. She had great friends to see her through the day, and as luck would have it, she bumped straight into the man of her dreams.... You can't ask for better than that.
