grace dane--- The boy sitting in front of her gave her the cutest grin before responding to her flirtatiousness with “Hmmm now Grace that could be so many dudes I know… I just don’t want to hug them...” he said, a quite egoistic look plastered on his face. The girl hated the fact that this fact seemed to make her like him more, the way he was so sure of himself was enough to drive her flirtatiousness off the edge. Shaking her head slightly, Grace smartly hugged the boy, and added ”Well let me give ya a hint… I just hugged him.” she said a small smirk tugging her lips up. Knowing she had most likely surprised him, Grace held somewhat of a proud glint in her dark eyes. It would be good to see her finally surprise him with her own flirtatiousness. The pair seemed to be matched in the skill of flirting; that much Grace could tell. The girl got a sense that she could have a lot of fun with this one before she turned on her heel toward the employee area.
The redhead had always hated feeling rushed or anything related, even simply catching the bus drove a little annoying voice in her head to be paranoid about getting to the stop early. She had even snapped at her own pack once if they kept nagging her to get going. It was mainly her temper’s fault and the fact she just didn’t like to rush unless it was under her own terms; and even then she didn’t like it that much. As the girl nearly trotted back to the employee area, she wanted to rush. She had a bad feeling of Alec disappearing into thin air while she was getting dressed. The logic in her head played with her paranoia, if she could turn into a wolf, there was certainly a possibility of the boy disappearing into the thin air wasn’t there? Struggling to throw off the forever burger scented uniform; Grace cringed at it and tugged her tang top right over head. It took her a matter of two seconds to realize that she had put it on the right was as the back was doing its job of hiding cleavage way too much. The girl let out an exasperated growl, before pulling her arms out and wiggling the thing into the right place. Feeling much more comfortable in her clothes now, it took a tiny bit of squirming to pull her tight jeans on but as soon as she did, the redhead was off.
Grace let a nearly inaudible breath of relief escape her pink lips, a bit embarrassed by how paranoid she was getting these last few days especially with a boy who seemed to want to have pure fun. Obviously, she wouldn’t be that much to hang out with if she kept that part of her nature up. The boy’s ever so flattering comments still had her face warm with all the blushing she had been doing, and the girl let out a little smirk at herself. Her hand still tingled where the boy’s lips had delicately pressed a very aristocratic kiss on it, and she gave it a soft rub before walking back to him. As her brown orbs caught onto the handsome figure of the boy, she grinned. He was very thoroughly enjoying the remains of his dinner and Grace felt a bit of pride for the diner she worked in. Even if it was quiet sometimes, such as now and could be extremely packed on a Friday night. Either way she earned her money fair and square, and got to have her own fun as well. Grace was definitely guilty of playing pranks on customers that looked like they would spark a bit of amusement into her life.
Ever so gracefully, amusingly in compliance to her name, Grace sat dutifully down right next to boy. “Well it is a pleasure to meet you Miss Grace outside of her uniform. … Who would have thought you could look even more stunning without the uniform.” Alec started immediately relaying the blush that Grace was trying so hard to keep away. His next question got a grin ”Nah… Sometimes, I only have to bite them.” she said only semi-teasing as the bighting part may have been true, not that Alec would ever figure that out. At least she was too impulsive at the moment to think he would. Then the girl added, batting her eyelids with a small smirk ”Oh don’t worry, I promise not to bite you.” she added. She wouldn’t bite him ever, even if he ever managed to piss her off which the girl seriously doubted. The rule in her pack was only biting if you were in real danger; no need to get extra attention on them when there were hunters out there ready to shoot silver at them. Taking only a total of three second to come up with what she wanted for dinner Grace thought a moment before saying ”A burger would be nice.” she said happily, though she seriously wanted to get out of the diner which held the promise of work whether she was a customer or not. Giving it another thought, the girl added, ”If you take me to any place but here to eat it.” she added with a grin, honestly she didn’t care where, as long as Alec was there and she was out of the diner.
OOC: Yay a good post! Hope you liked it. xD

Alec was full of himself and he surely showed that very well, and he had no shame in it really. He thought he needed to be sure of himself and things around him to survive in this world. He was one that liked to be aware of things around him in case things fly south fast. He was having a good time with this girl thus far and she was very intriguing to him. He had been trying to play clueless and flirt his way threw who her hot date was telling her that who she described could be anyone he knows and she hugged him and that caught him off guard a little it wasn’t something he was expecting, but grinned, and the closer she had gotten the better she smelled she seemed to have her own unique scent and he loved that! Grace had then told him that she had just hugged him who her hot date is. That made him too himself some loving that he was her hot date and had been a bit surprised by that, but was glad she really did take him up on his offer. “ So it’s me. I promise not to disappoint.” he had said slyly…
Alec had watched Grace walk off to clock out and do whatever she had to do to get cleaned up from work. He really didn’t mind her in her uniform, and was sure she was just as amazing out of it, and was looking forward to getting to know Grace better. He was enjoying some of his meal while he waited and hoped that she just wouldn’t take off in the back and left him here and was teasing about him being the hot date so he had to just want and see if she showed back up in the diner her or if she fled. He hoped that she did not… So he waited and once she came back out she had looked stunning as Grace without the uniform and he flattered her some more seemed to make her blush which he really did enjoy, and loved it suited her really the blushy cheeks. He thought with a girl as beautiful as she, she’d surely be beating the fellas away with sticks.
She had replied that she only had to bite them. It made him chuckle “ Oh really and what if some of them find that hot and kinky?” His brow arched as he looked at her curious if she really did bite people. He knows it could be kinky some of the times and people with dirty minds might think of it as a bit of foreplay. Alec was curious if it really scared them off… He had ate some more asking her what she had wanted for dinner and she had replied a burger, but then made a comment at anywhere, but here which he could understand why she may not want to stay here it is her job and all. They would probably put her back to work and she is not even punched in and her not be paid. Alec nodded slightly, “Anywhere. But here it is then.” Alec waved whoever was working down for the check finishing up his soda, waiting for the check so they could get out of there.
Alec stood slightly in the booth pulling out his wallet, to pay the bill and tip, “Where too? Any place you particularly fancy besides here? Ladies choice!” he didn’t want to take her to a cheap place like McDonalds or anything of the sorts, but he thought it should be lady’s choice. He was trying to be men. He had waited for her to get up and lead her to the door holding it open for her so they could make a b-line out of there and away from her job.“SO tell me Grace what is it you like to do for fun around here?” He wanted to know more about her as they walked to wherever she wanted to go get some grub unless she had a car, because he did not yet. He was saving for one.

grace dane--- The young girl’s head filled with many thoughts at the possibility of actually making a long term friend. Whenever expressing any positive feelings toward someone for more than five minutes, Grace’s quickly turned hopeful that perhaps she could be good friends with them. Some normal company that didn’t involve any survival conversations or what you had been up to as a dog; this was the red head’s hope. Constantly despite these thoughts that roamed through her head, Grace’s hope had been smashed and banged to bit time over time. Still, even after promising herself never to hope about such absurd things again, Grace still found the thoughts lurking stealthily into her head. Truthfully, the short girl loved her wolf side; she enjoyed being a wolf nearly as much as walking on two legs. More power, more freedom, the feeling you got when you felt like you were part of nature were all the beneficent things from her kind. The lack of speak or trust with those you badly wanted to was unfortunately the bad part. Still, fifty percent of the time human, Grace wanted the things she couldn’t have, just like every other human body roaming the earth. There was always danger lurking every corner of her life, whether it had been suspicious citizens or hunters.
Fortunately, though could be thought the opposite, the hunters couldn’t tell if they were a loup. This however whip-tailed around and provided vise versa for the wolf people themselves. Born in a very cautious but extremely territorial pack, Grace came into the word with furiously fast reflexes and intense caution to all her acquaintances. Though as she grew into the human world, the girl slowly found herself drifting subconsciously into thinking she was really part of it. Then, bam! The red head would fall off the wagon or the full moon came and burst her bubble. As a unruly teenager, Grace had experienced so many of the similar feelings of a normal human teenager; the wanting to be popular, the need to fit in, the need to be what people called “normal”. Though unlike human beings, when she had her tantrums, she didn’t storm up to her room and cry; no, she turned into a wolf. When Grace turned into a wolf while being angry, it could be somewhat ironically compared to driving angry. Not focusing, just trying to find something to do with yourself until you crashed. At those evil times, she had her parents to stop her from going out on a potential killing spree.
“Oh really and what if some of them find that hot and kinky?” An outright laugh was the response to this; but not for the obvious reason. To Grace, humans could be so amusing sometimes. Obviously and fortunately, he didn’t know what she meant by ‘biting’. Of course he wouldn’t, and Grace wasn’t going to correct him anytime soon. Still, it was a good laugh for her and she simply just shook her head good naturedly. Letting her laughter die down, a smile still brightened her rosy cheeks as he asked where she would like to go. Grace moved her finger to her chin, thinking a moment. She kept this thoughtful pose right out the door, managing to give the Alec a smile and thank you when he ever so politely held the door open for her slight frame. Finally at his next question, Grace let out a devious smile. ”Wellllll… There is a night club around here, and then there’s also the park.” Truthfully, the girl loved the park. It was her life in a way as she flew like a ghost into the more rough areas to roam around as a wolf. Though, a night club seemed fun as well; even if they weren’t exactly allowed to get in; not that this fact would stop her of course. Night clubs seemed to be what the teen generation did these days and Grace waited for his answer.
OOC: Posted finally! xDD Sorry it be so rambly.

Alec was happy with himself he had convinced the pretty young gal to go to dinner with him or something. He really did want to know more about her and what she liked. Perhaps they could hit it off really well and see each other again. It would be good to have friends outside of the academy. He loved the academy and wanted to be prepared for the world and what could happen especially if he ‘dated ‘a normal person he had to know what to prepare himself for and the obstacles that could pose a threat. He didn’t even know if it was possible to see a normal person without dragging them down into those world. Some may say it is better to just date within the little hunting community, but hey making friends out side of it was still good he hoped and he was being a perfect gentlemen to the young woman that is Grace. He really wanted to make a good impression, and wanted to do what she wanted to do.
He had held the door for her and waited for her to go out before walking threw and closing the diner door. She must have loved getting off work, and he was curious asking her what she liked to do around here and she told him that there was a night club around here and a park. He arched his brows they both sounded fun to him, but which was more her thing,. He was curious what she liked to do at a park was it a kid type park or one of them ones for hiking. Nature was always fun and it was a good place to clear ones head and be won with nature. “ A night club you say. Are we old enough to get in you think?” he asked. He wasn’t sure if it was one for teens or 21 plus. He was also curious if she goes there all the time… “ What sorta park is it you like to go to? he asked her walking besides her wondering if she drove here or just walked like he had walking kept him on his game.
The air was nice as it blew past them and he watched the scenery as they passed some. He really likes spending time with this girl and she seemed really cool thus far . “Perhaps we should hit both the night club and the park, the night is young as they say.. And I thought I was supposed to be buying you dinner too little missy….where would you fancy eating before we head out on the adventure and wander into the night.” he said being a little cheesy, and all and hoped that she liked it. He wanted to know more about her . “ Do you Have any siblings?” He wanted to know if he had any older brothers to worry about waning to kick his ass for trying to talk to their beautiful sister. Even if she did talking to her is well worth it.

grace dane--- Dark eyes softened at the freedom of being in non-diner clothes and being next to a very real, breathing, blood pumping boy. Adding onto this positively; a very cute boy at that, with beautiful eyes and nothing but a bit of fun to offer. This offer was one the fiery redhead could not refuse in any way, and while half of her life took place as wolf, Grace was happy to spend the human part of it filled with fun. Counting the two’s encounter, she immediately placed the few hours or more they would spend together in the fun part of her brain. That part of her mind did not really care about grades or jobs; really anything serious. That part craved for only one thing, something that could entertain her. While having this part of her brain taking control of her as nightmare, Grace felt safe enough with Alec that she figured she could let herself somewhat loose. However letting a loup garoux go out of control and completely oblivious to the fact that more than ninety percent of the human population didn’t know they existed was certainly not a very sane thing to do. As mostly not an insane person, the redhead decided she would keep her cautious edge on tonight; just because she was with a human.
Cheeks rose exposing a very adorable dimple, Grace walked happily out of the door which Alec ever so politely held open for her. She found this gesture very sweet; it made her happy to find a gentleman instead of a guy that thought he was too cool to be opening doors for his girl. Subconsciously, the girl’s feet made no sound as they moved across the pavement. It was these little things that signaled she was different, though only those with a keen eye could spot these inconspicuous differences that would always set the redhead apart from the rest. “ A night club you say. Are we old enough to get in you think?” Thoughtfully, Grace quirked her lips; were they? She had never really thought about that fact, though the way they had been letting her in for the past few months showed perhaps there wasn’t really a rule. ”I think so. Either way, I can probably get us in.” a devious little smile tugged on her lips. Still, she doubted that it was an older club, so most likely the potential of them not being able to get pass the door were quite slim.
“Perhaps we should hit both the night club and the park, the night is young as they say.. And I thought I was supposed to be buying you dinner too little missy….where would you fancy eating before we head out on the adventure and wander into the night.” Grace grinned up at the boy’s considerably taller form. His voice proved teasing, flirtatious, just the way she liked it. ”Men’s choice with that one mister.” It seemed fair that she wouldn’t have to make all the choices tonight; plus she really didn’t want to drag the boy to a place he found ridiculous or something more horrific than that. Her heart near froze as he asked about her siblings, was it safe to tell him anything personal? Going through all the possibilities of anything going wrong, Grace found none to convincing so she threw on a smile. ”Yes, I have one younger sister, Evelyn. How bout' you?” Frowning at the ground, the girl forced it disappear hopefully before Alec noticed. Her older brother didn’t belong in the family anymore; and Grace somewhat felt justice being served by not adding him to the question. If he wanted to leave, it was his choice. The girl just hoped she wouldn’t become like him one day. No, she was positive she wouldn’t be like him ever.
OOC: Awweh. Alec be such a gentleman.

One thing that Alec did learn from his momma was to be a gentlemen and not some prick. Sure he goofs off like every other teenager and is into having fun, but he was raised right even though life had never been normal for him or his siblings and he really did like this girl and wanted to at least be friends and if he was some sorta twat he would never ever make it as even her friends so he was doing his best to impress and so far he thought he was doing a good job and he wanted to do the things she liked and see what she is all about.
He didn't notice the little things that could tip him into the ways that she is not normal. He was clearly oblivious to said things and which would defiantly make them an interesting pair due to their differences, but he was taught not all things out there are BAD only some. Some can change. He hadn't really made too many friends yet that were different really.
Alec had asked his lovely companion of the night if she thought that they could get into the night club he was well aware some are twenty one plus, but he didn't know which one she planned on bringing him too. He smirked a little at at that devious little smile that tugged upon her lips as she told him she things she could get them in either way. " Ohhhhh… well that will be some work to see if it is a twenty one plus night club." He had said. He really wondered how much of a sweet talker she was with the fella's when it comes to the nightclub. " You're such a devious thing aren't you?" He said with a grin. It wasn't a bad thing he actually liked it.
He thought they should hit both the club and the park it would be nice and he thought she'd enjoy it and was trying to get her to choose where they were going to eat, but she told him that was men's choice. Walking with her he had pondered that, " How about the pizza joint down the street they have some amazing pizza's. You do like Pizza right?" Most people do, but she could be one of them one in a million people that doesn't enjoy them. Alec asked about her family really just wanting to know if there should be anyone, he needs to fear. He was told she has a younger sister named Evelyn, and asked about him.
"Evelyn, that's a pretty name. She must really look up to her big sister." he said admiring the young girl beside him. There were lots of things he could see about her that a younger sister would look up to. He hadn't seen the frown that sprawled on her face as he had asked her the question. If he had, he might ask what was wrong.
" I have a few older siblings they like to pick on me and all that Jazz, but we get on pretty well. I suppose it is the eldest child’s job to pick on the younger one eh? I am sure you and your sister must be the same way perhaps?" Alec could hold his own against his siblings thought. He after all was a prankster and usually does put stuff in their laundry to make them itch and what not. He loved to watch them squirm and scratch. Though he doesn't know if he should tell her that.
OOC: That he is. He was trained right by his momma and if she found out he was being a prick or something I am sure they'd have words!

grace dane--- The young woman was enjoying Alec’s company quite some much. It was obvious he was the polite sort with sweetly opening the door for her and asking where she wanted to go. She was overjoyed with the fact a true gentlemen, egoistic or not still existed in the adolescent world. Making note to make further plans with him, the girl mentally reminded herself as well not to get too attached. Humans, as however fascinating and enjoyable to pretend to be one were always very unpredictable in certain incidents that had happened in the past. There were so many of them surrounding the world which had its benefits and cons. The biggest benefit to the odd creatures of the night was that they could hide in secrecy. Well, at least till they got discovered. Only then did the humans prove to provide real trouble. Sure enough, Grace’s pack had learnt the hunters could easily kill them if they let their guards down. Armed with silver, even going near something silver made Grace’s hard spin. A few scars still flawed her light skin from that terrible element. It amazed the young loup how one little thing could destroy something great. After all, the girl had pride for being a loup.
With the best mischievous grin she could manage to pull off, Grace nodded at his amusing question. Yes, she could be quite the sweet talker and quite devious as well. Looking over his face to see if he meant it as a bad thing, she immediately relaxed to see the smile on his adorable face. ”You know you love it.” Of course she was devious, you had to be somewhat to get around this world anymore. Of course there were those extremely sweet people she adored, but most people made it off with trickery and smartness. Grace was no exception, wolf or not. "How about the pizza joint down the street they have some amazing pizza's. You do like Pizza right? Immediately, Grace’s face brightened. She loved any type of Italian food, and pizza sounded perfect. She nodded ecstatically, then looked embarrassed for acting like a five year old about to get a Christmas present. Damn, she actually looked like a freaking dog ready to get a treat. Shaking her head and restarting her answer, Grace nodded in a more girlish fashion ”Yes. Yes, I love pizza.”
At the boy’s answer to her sister’s name, Grace let out a giggle. Evelyn would’ve loved that. The child was so sweet, any compliment she got brightened the girl’s attitude for days. At his next sentence, she nodded somewhat proudly. ”Oh yes definitely. Our family is very… very family typish. We’re all pretty close.” Excluding the brother of course but otherwise, yeah. The last part stayed in her head. She didn’t need Alec knowing about that. At his reply, she chuckled. ”Oh yes. So many pranks, though they were all good natured of course. My sister is my best friend.” her eyes grew a bit wistful at the last sentence. Yes, best friend. Evelyn had been there for Grace whenever she needed her and vice versa. Even now, the only guilt she felt for killing those three kids were the fact she had put her family at risk. She had felt no pity for their deaths. They deserved to die if they had bullied Evelyn so badly. Biting her lip, Grace grasped Alec’s hand impulsively. She pretended to ponder and make some excuse for why she had done that. ”Hmm… Your hand is giving me information about who you are…. Ommm…” she giggled before continuing her “physic exam”. ”It tells me that you are extremely happy to be with the most awesome person in the whole entire universe.” Grace’s egoistic answer came out with her dimples showing bright on. She felt like she could afford to be her weird self with Alec, he reminded her of fun.
OOC: Sorry that took like forever! <3

Grace had one thing right he did love that she could be such a sweet talker, and devious little vixen. It was two amazing qualities and he loved it, and he seemed to like her all the more every little bit of detail he found out about her and was sure that they'd get along great. " You caught me red handed and are right I do love it. I am not going to deny it. How could I do such a thing when I am caught." he said grinning and looking at the young lady that was walking beside him, and asked her if she liked pizza. He loved how her face had brightened at the mention of it, and then nodded. He seriously thought it was so cute how she had reacted when he fist mentioned it. It made him feel good about himself that at least he could take her to something she likes and it was a good Idea.
" Good I am glad you love Pizza. I don't know what I’d have done if you didn't enjoy Pizza." It was the truth he wouldn't know where to take her. He has seen some girls that were picky as can be and like eat just salad or bread sticks to try to stay stick thin. Thankfully it seemed like Grace wasn't one of them type of girls. He had dated a girl like that briefly and it made him want to jump off a bridge yes it made you spend less on food, but she was too stuck up and high class for his taste and he was a man that liked to have fun and Grace seemed to enjoy things he did thus far so he was curious as to where the night would take them. " And it seems like you have a good appetite on you and your not one of them bread sticks and salad kind of girls, and I like that you aren't one of them diva types." He was being honest now with her and he hoped that she liked the honesty.
Alec listened to her speak of her family and his grin widened as she told him that they are like a typical family and pretty close. " That is good." He had a family yes and most of the people at the academy could be considered family, but he missed out on the being a normal family, but that isn't something he could exactly share now could he. She might think he is some sort of freak and he couldn't have that, but he was glad she has to partake in some normality of the world that he cannot enjoy himself at this time. He loved that they even pranked each other like he and his siblings do, but what he liked the most is her sister is her best friend. " That has to be very nice that you can tell her anything openly like you could a best friend outside of the family. I am glad you two get on so well."
Alec casually had smirked to himself when she had grasped his hand and you could see it flicker on his face momentarily, and he loved it. He didn't expect she'd want to hold his hand, listened to her reasoning, a grin on his face listening to her words, and almost panicked when she said she knew all about him it made him wonder what she had known... did she know what he did? It was only there briefly until her words had sunk in and it made him chuckle under his breath and his cheeks went slightly blushy, but couldn't help but grin some more. " So my hand told you all that eh? What else did it tell you?" He asked and then purposely teased her.
" Does it say who this most awesome person is?" It was clear on his face that he knew she had meant her and he was extremely happy to be out with her. He loved how those little dimples would peek on her face when she herself was happy. " Let me guess the person is a she and she has these most amazing dimples that peek on her face when she grins, and she has this amazing and fun loving personality, and isn't one of them typical girls that are a dime a dozen. Am I correct?" he asked giving her hand a gentle squeeze and bringing her hand to kiss lips to kiss it being all gentlemanly, and seeing if she'd blush and giggle all the more. Alec could also see the pizza place he had wanted to take her to across the street before him.

grace dane--- Grace’s warm eyes looked over to Alec, a new sensation filling her at the thought of having an actual human friend for once. After high school had ended, the girl had been stripped of her friends, them going off to college and she staying in her little town doing her job. It was a pathetic way to live, but as a loup, it offered safety to be near her pack and reassurance she wasn’t alone. Obviously at times this didn’t prove to be benefitting, hunters were things you did not want to be alone with especially ones with silver. "You caught me red handed and are right I do love it. I am not going to deny it. How could I do such a thing when I am caught." Grace laughed in pure amusement at his words before quipping up a reply ”Don’t worry, I love that you love that.” A smirk formed on her face and she couldn’t help but love the way she managed to make him smile. The boy was intriguing, a human after all always was. There was something about him that managed to draw her curiosity out and the more she got to know him, the better she thought of him.
Understanding his next explanation of loving pizza, the redhead nodded with a grin. She would never be one of the nit-picky girls partially due to the fact her wolfish body needed more nutrition and partially because she just wasn’t stupid. The idea of limiting yourself to food when you could have it seemed as such a waste in her mind compared to those who begged for food. It didn’t seem fair that everyone wanted something they couldn’t have. Alec came of as quite truthful as he told her about “diva types”. Grace’s happy meter increased. Trust was an important thing on her list and while she wouldn’t trust even the most trustworthy person to keep her secret, she felt somewhat safe in the presence of the boy. She chuckled; adding ”I love food. It’s too good to not eat.” This was only partially the reason, though Alec didn’t need to know the other part. It would most likely freak him out anyway and possibly, even worse bring a hunter’s attention into the situation. Grace was simply not a bad creature, she was neutral. Despite this, no matter how many interventions with hunters her family had, they were seen only as evil.
Grace’s lips pulled into a flirtatious smirk as the boy answered his own question. He was so sweet it hurt. A blush crept inconspicuously up her neck and flushed onto her cheeks. The usual heat of it surprised her along with the feel of Alec’s delicate lips against her hand. It was obvious the boy had manners, another thing that made her so keen on being his friend. A giggle released from her mouth, exposing the dimples he apparently loved so much and her blush doubled. The boy was driving her insane. A rare thing for a boy to do in general with her, though she didn’t mind much. ”Correct! She met her equivalent though, and he’s holding her hand and making her blush uncontrollably.” she laughed with a shake of her head. Not always too egoistic, she wanted to boost Alec’s pride as well. He seemed like a decent fellow, one with a polite attitude and respect for woman. Walking up to the pizza place, Grace studied the outside carefully. It wasn’t large and actually quite cozy in which she found satisfying. In any case, the smells wafting out flew directly into her sensitive wolf nose, causing her to sigh in awe. ”Mmm. Smells delicious.” The girl’s eyes flew open as she realized they might have been too far for a normal human to smell that. She bit her lip anxiously hoping Alec wouldn’t figure.

He couldn't stop grinning around this girl and that was surprising even to him, but he chalked it up to good company and he needed some after dealing with the professors at the academy on a daily basis. It was fun to settle in and have a nice talk with an outsider and try to be normal and not some student being trained to hunt and kill things. Real friends were good and he needed that right now even if he kept some truths from them. He just hoped he wouldn't make Cooper frown too much, but hey, he can't please the man all the time. " I am glad that you love that. I maybe shit outta luck if you hated that I loved it or something." He had spoken, and loved that she had gotten a giggle out of his prior comments.
He had to be honest with her about the food thing and how he had gotten that off his chest and she was a girl that seemed to like food. One would of thought working at a burger joint would have turned her nose away from burgers, but it hadn't and the place she works at burgers were scrumptious enough that he could eat there everyday! She had told him that food was too good not to eat, and he seriously loved this girl all the more she could be like his new best friend for reals. "You seriously know how to steal a fella's heart... and what can I say I love to eat so hanging with a lady that loves to eat and not just bird food is fantastic in my books." He didn't know she ate the way she did because of another side of her nor did he catch on to the little hints that could show her to be non-human. One thing was for sure though he was seriously enjoying her company and for the time being that doesn't matter at all.
The smell of the pizza place right in front of them was making his stomach rumble again. How he loved food outside of the academy not that the food was bad, but food outside seemed to taste much better perhaps it was because he felt free from the place he calls home and can just have some fun without the idea of getting into trouble. He had answered his own question knowing it had been herself that she had been talking about when she had grabbed his hand. " Well in that case she should know she is making me all blushy too, but that is a secret and that rosy cheeks on a girl is sexy." Then winks playfully at her.
It was good that they could make each other grin and all blushy with the flattering and happiness they were both creating and he loved the fact he could make her blush. She had said it smells delicious. " Well in that case we should go get our eat on and enjoy savory goodness that is pizza." he had said still holding her hand and leading her over to the pizza place, but looking both ways before they had crossed of course. He maybe happy and giddy and feel like he really is connecting with this girl, but one thing is for sure neither of them needs to end up in the hospital. He hadn't even noticed if he couldn't smell it since he just sees a pizza and can taste it and smell it automatically since he loves it so much. So far her secret is safe with her.
Once there he had held the door for her to go in first. Despite being raised in the academy basically he was taught manors by his momma and if she found out he was being rude he'd be dead faster then any creature could eat him up by his own momma's hands if not killed by the lady herself that he had been mistreating, and he liked life too much to die and respected the female species to on his own accord not just because he is told it is the right thing to do. Once inside. " Do you have any specific preference that you like?" he asked. He was gonna get them a seat and order, but didn't want to be the lame-o that ordered something she is allergic too or something stupid like that so he had to cover his bases even thought she does enjoy food.
