A BRIEF CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
Shoshanna was born and raised to be a little Jewish princess. Daddy had more money than sense and being a single dad to a little girl was hard for him, because of that, Shoshanna got used to getting what she wanted at the stomp of a foot. Her brattish behaviour was something that she never grew out of. If she wants it she'll find a way to have it. She's a drama queen but in her own way completely hilarious. She's very giving and when she wants to be, she's a good friend and a nice person, but her selfishness is known to get her in a lot of trouble. From an abusive husband to a tendency to lie, her life turned up side down, it became impossible for Shoshanna to stay in London so she took as much money as she could and made her way to the U.S of A. In a very Shoshanna fashion, she decided the best idea she had was to started attending the local high school, just in the pursuit of some fun. Little did she know she'd find her best friend in a blind brunette named Rumour. The more they got to know one another, the more it became easy for them to confide in each other, share secrets, grow closer and eventually the pair engaged in an affair that was destined to change their lives. It started so simply, two friends that enjoyed sleeping together, but it wasn't long before that turned into more, for Shoshanna at least. It took so long for her to try and pluck up the courage, in fact it took her ex husband finding her to encourage Shoshanna to do something. She knew she had to run, to get out of there as fast as she could, but she didn't want to go alone. She was going to ask Rumour to run with her, Thelma and Louise their way through life. Problem was, the second she told Rumour she was in love with her, it was met with a frosty response. Heart broken and scared, she just ran, never to be seen again. Well... Not for a few years at least. Maybe lying to her husband once he found her again wasn't the best idea, maybe pretending the child she was carrying was his, wasn't the best idea. Shoshanna knew as well as anyone that lies got found out. But it was the consequence of this lie that was going to lead her back to the girl that still had her heart between her hands.
