A BRIEF CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
John is, to put it simply, a simple guy. He gets angry when things annoy him, and when he’s enjoying himself he’ll smile and let people know. He doesn’t exactly wear his heart on his sleeve but he doesn’t spend all of his time trying to hide his feelings from everyone either. If he’s pissed off at you, he’ll tell you. Generally however, John is a pretty happy go lucky sorta guy. He lives his life day to day, and deals with things as they come. He refuses to dwell on the past as he believes nothing good will ever come of it, and instead lives each day as if it might be his last – and for good reason too.
Johns story begins with, as all good stories do, with a girl. A dead girl, a gil whose death led him to spending hours in libraries, researching and finding out about the supernatural so he could track down the monster that had killed her. He dropped out of college, and spent five years with a hunter, learning from him, and fulfilling his childhood dream in a way he had never even dreamed off. Saving people from the monsters under the bed, the shadows that went bump in the night.
For John, hunting has become an addiction that he cannot escape. He is constantly working, earning money by doing odd jobs, handy man jobs as he travels, maintaining just enough money to keep the gas in his truck and the clothes on his back. Now however, he has found a new addiction, one that started with a fluke phone call from woman in trouble.
