Athrun rubbed his eyes then looked at the clock on the wall. It read 2200. He had been working since 0900 that morning, and still somehow still a stack of paper work that looked about a foot high. He slapped his face lightly with both hands in a attempt to wake himself a little bit.
"Good job Athrun, putting this shit off to the last second, your special" he said to himself as he picked up another folder and began to sift through it. He looked up at his clock again and debated with himself weather to call it a night or not.
He heard the building alarm start to sound. It wasn't the fire alarm but the security alarm. He picked up his phone and looked out his window. There was no answer from the security office. He pulled his 45 out of his desk and placed it in a holster then onto his belt. Then he ran into to gun cabinet and pulled out his M-4 and a few clips of ammunition. If the entire security staff was out this was bad. He walked out of his office into the squad room then moved to the hall. He made is way down to the front entrance where all the security staff was downed. He reached down and checked for a heart beat. He was still alive, but who are what did this. He turned then pointed his rifle at the figure standing before him......

Jason stood outside the federal building looking up. He wanted to test the strength of a well known hunter that he had heard about through the information lines. He was told that the hunter was aged and was some sort of federal cop but a legend none the less. He wanted to test the remaining strength of this hunter. He was looking for someone to teach him about demons and hunting.
He drew his sword and busted down the door to the federal building with one swing. The alarm started to sound, as the guards drew there weapons. One at a time using his speed he took each and everyone of them down. Instead slashing them he hit them with the back of his sword where it was blunt only knocking them out. He stood in the middle of the carnage he had caused.
He looked at the figure that came out of the stairwell with a large rifle "Are you Athrun Knight?" he asked looking at him

Athrun kept his rifle pointed right at the man. Athrun found it very odd that the guy carried a sword. What did this guy want with him? and did he have to knock all the security personal on there asses?
When the guy asked him if his name was Athrun Knight. he lowered his rifle slightly. O great someone was there to kill him, like he hasn't seen this before.
"Yeah that's me, if your gonna try to kill me make it quick I have alot of paper work to do....and thanks to you ass hole I'm gonna have more now" Athrun said raising his rifle again. Athrun did not know what this guy was capable of so he had to be careful. This guy looked as though he knew what he was doing with that sword.
"Well? what now"

Jason watched Athrun for a moment and laughed at his comment about the paper work. "I heard you like to make smart ass comments Mr. Knight, but now may not be a good time for them" He said raising his sword in a attack stance.
Jason looked at Athrun, Knew that he was a former United States Marine, a true tested warrior. Jason was planning on pushing this guy to his limits, hopefully the old man would still be useful to Jason. If Jason found him to still be useful, he was hoping to learn from him.
When Athrun asked what was next Jason smiled "this" he answered.....

Athrun lifted his rifle again and aimed it right at the man
Jason, using his lighting fast speed at charge at Athrun and swung his sword straight down at Athrun.
Athrun barely dodged the attack and fired a few shots at Jason. “Holy shit this guy is fast” he said. “What the hell was that?”
Jason dodged the shots, once again using his speed. He managed to get behind Athrun and thrusted his sword at him
Athrun turned just as the sword reached him, he managed to avoid getting stabbed but the blade of Jason sword slashed a gash into his side.
Jason smiled and used his sword to throw Athrun into the wall.
Athrun hit the wall hard dropping his rifle. Athrun dropped to one knee as the gash in his side began to pour out blood. The cut was deep and Athrun was in deep trouble. He stood back up holding his side.
Jason smiled “so you managed to avoid being stabbed, O well that cut should do enough damage” he said going back into his attack stance
Athrun could hardly stand; he could start to feel the affects from the blood loss. He was short of breath and started feeling dizzy.
Jason smiled “Game over” he said charging at Athrun, He hesitated though as he felt himself reverting.
Athrun noticed the hesitation and took advantage of it. He grabbed Jason’s arm and threw him over his back onto the floor
Jason hit the ground hard.
Athrun drew his pistol and aimed it at Jason and pulled the trigger, but due to the blood loss his vision was too compromised to aim and missed his shot.
Jason stood back up and replaced his sword in it’s sheathe and smiled “Appears you are still useful Knight” he said with a smile, He turned and walked out.
“Where the hell do you think your go…..” Athrun could not finish, He had lost too much blood and passed out. Falling to the ground.
